Reciprocal Arrangements

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RECIPROCAL ARRANGEMENTS

1. Members of other Reciprocal Clubs will be allowed to utilize the facilities of our club of a maximum period not exceeding 35 times in a calendar year during their visit to Kolkata, India as the case may be.  Visits cannot be more than 6 times a month.
2. This reciprocal arrangement will apply only to permanent members of each Club.
3. A visiting member MUST present to the Secretary of the Club visited, on or prior to arrival, his or her Membership Card and a Letter of Introduction signed by the Secretary of his or her own Club.
4. A visiting Member may not bring guests to the Club.
5. Visiting members must settle their bills of the Club IN CASH on a day to day basis.
