CARNIVAL 2018 on 4 Feb (Sunday) 12 pm onwards

As winter bids adieu to Kolkata, DI celebrates the season with its very own CARNIVAL.

A one-stop arena for games, lip-smacking food stalls, knick-knack stalls and artefacts/curio/decorations stalls.

Bookings open for stalls (food / non-food / games) on First Come First Served basis

Stall Rates & details: 

1. Non-professional stall (Rs. 500 for member / Rs. 600 for guest)
2. Professional stall (flat rate of Rs. 1500)
3. Games stall (can be booked my members only against booking fee of Rs. 100)
4. 17 Food, 36 Non-Food & 4 Games stalls available for booking purpose.

Please note the following:

1. Each non-food / games stall gets one plastic table and 2 chairs.
2. Each food stall gets one wooden table for cooking, one plastic table for storage and 2 chairs.
3. Maximum two similar stalls will be allowed.
4. Electric point at Rs.100 per point needs to be confirmed at time of booking.
5. Games stalls will be in play zone area only. Games stall can be booked by members only.
6. Max charge per game try to be Rs 10. Prizes to be given by games stall owners.
7. Before carnival starts, each stall owner to collect their stall IDs (max 2 per stall) to allow their team to enter without paying entry charges.
8. Guest entry charges Rs. 50
9. Stall location at discretion of Club's organising committee.

Venue -Tapan Desai's Baganbari, Duttapukur.

Time - Buses will leave DI at 7.30AM

Breakfast

Luchi, Kosha Aloo Dum, Jalebi, Tea or Coffee (on request)

Morning Snacks

Assorted Veg Pakora, Mocha Chingrir Chop, Chicken Pakora

Lunch

Veg: Enchorer Kalia, Jhuri Aloo Bhaja, Aloo Phulkopir Tarkari, Paneer Butter Masala

Non-veg: Enchor Chingri, Fish Cutlet, Chicken Kosha

Common: Rice with Karaisuti, Sona Moong Dal, Khejur Amsatta Chutney, Fried Papad, Gurer Rosogolla

Tea / coffee to be served in the evening, prior to departure.

Charges:

• Members @ Rs.500; Guests @ Rs 700 availing Bus service from the Club

The charges include Breakfast, Morning snacks, Lunch and Afternoon Tea.

New Year's Eve Ball

The Telegraph New Year’s Eve Ball on Sunday, 31st December, 2017 from 9:00 pm onwards.

For the first time at DI, multiple bands & DJ will perform at multiple venues throughout the evening.

Bands in attendance are A4 & GROOVERZ.
DJ Austin will be at the console.

PRESIDENT'S AWARDS AND MEMBERS' CANDLELIGHT DINNER
